Terms and Conditions:
A minimum stay of 2 nights is required. All enquiry is subject to room and flight availability on the requested date. Advance booking of minimum 45 days prior to arrival is required. Our Concierge team shall reach out to you within one (1) working day after we receive your enquiry.
Free cancellation & amendment are allowed up to 45 days prior to the stay dates. 100% of the total stay will be forfeited if any No-show, cancellation, or amendment of stay dates is requested within 45 days prior to arrival date. Rate and inclusions are subject to revision to shorten the length of stay.
The flight is operated by a 3rd party aviation company. The flight is available on every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Each seat is entitled for a maximum of 7KG check-in baggage and 3KG hand-carry. This package does not include any land transfer to/from Subang Airport. You are required to complete the flight check-in process at least 60-minute prior to flight departure time. Japamala Resort and management shall not be responsible in case of flight delay, reschedule, or denied boarding due to violation of terms and conditions.
