Terms and Conditions:
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. All bookings must be pre-paid and are non-refundable. 50% of the deposit is required 60 days prior to the stay date. The remaining balance will be charged 45 days prior to the stay date.
Free cancellation & amendment are allowed up to 60 days prior to the stay dates. 100% of the total stay will be forfeited if any No-show, cancellation, or amendment of stay dates is requested within 45 days prior to arrival date. Rate and inclusions are subject to revision to shorten the length of stay. Flight or ferry details are required for the complimentary boat transfer arrangement.
