With four unique soup bases to choose from, enjoy the Namya Kaknomjin, a dynamic blend of fresh Snakehead Murrel Fish and Red Curry Spices; Tom Kha Gai, a combination of chicken soup and coconut cream; the spicy and well-loved Tom Yam; and Clear Chicken Soup.

Using only ingredients from sustainable sources, expect luscious platters of seafood, premium cuts of meat, fresh vegetables from local boutique farms, and a dining experience that is truly a treat for all senses.
 

Chef Somkuan

The team is led by a pioneer of Tamarind Restaurants, Executive Chef Somkuhan Wandee from Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. Passionate about Indochinese cuisine, she ensures that the flavours of her soup bases are as authentic as possible by carefully crafting each one from the freshest ingredients.
